It all started with a $50 electric pressure washer a friend let me borrow. That's the honest truth. No grand business plan, no investors. I dragged it to a neighbor's driveway, spent a few hours on it, and something clicked. I knew this was what I wanted to do.
I was young, had zero experience running a business, and honestly had no business starting one. But I bought a cheap pressure washer of my own, started knocking on doors, and figured it out as I went. The first year was rough. Equipment broke. Jobs ran long. I undercharged. I made every mistake a first-timer makes.
But I kept showing up. And the work kept getting better.
Over time, I upgraded the equipment. Learned the difference between soft washing and pressure washing and when each one actually matters. Started getting calls from people who heard about the work from a neighbor down the street. That part never gets old.
East Idaho Exterior Cleaning today is a far cry from that borrowed electric washer. But the reason I do it hasn't changed much. I want to be the person in East Idaho that people can actually count on. Someone who shows up on time, does exactly what they said they'd do, and charges a fair price for it.
This community has given me a lot. Cleaning up properties here is my way of giving something back.
